How long does a custom cabinet take to build?

Typically about 4–6 weeks from consultation to delivery. Complex artwork and commercial installs can run longer, and Greg will explain the timing upfront.

What does a custom cabinet cost?

Custom cabinets start at $4,300. Final price depends on cabinet type, player count, artwork complexity, and hardware options. Financing available from 4.99% APR.

What's the warranty?

Every cabinet includes a one-year limited warranty on craftsmanship and installed hardware. Full terms come with the cabinet; misuse, unauthorized modifications, and third-party software are not covered.

Do you ship nationwide?

Delivery options and costs are discussed during your consultation because every cabinet and destination is different.

What is Arcade Assistant?

Arcade Assistant is the built-in AI that helps you find games, work through supported control and settings questions, and troubleshoot in plain English. It is included with every cabinet at no extra charge for as long as the original owner owns it, with no separate Arcade Assistant subscription.
