When a game won’t launch or a button does the wrong thing, Arcade Assistant handles supported software problems. Remote support gives you a way to get help without asking an employee to become the arcade technician. Physical damage and hardware faults still need the appropriate repair.

What happens after installation

• Software fixes: Arcade Assistant detects and corrects supported configuration issues automatically. Problems that need further attention can be investigated through remote support.
• Remote updates: Software improvements can be delivered over the network, so an update does not have to mean a technician visiting your location.
• Cabinet monitoring: Remote monitoring gives G&G visibility into the cabinet’s reported system health and helps investigate problems when they occur.
• Voice game launching: Customers can ask for a game using supported voice controls.

What your commercial quote includes

Your quote identifies the cabinet configuration and services included with it. The standard computer configuration includes 32GB RAM and a 4TB SSD. Trackballs and light-gun systems are optional equipment specified during consultation. Delivery, setup, and installation arrangements depend on the location and agreed quote.

Every commercial quote includes a one-year limited warranty on craftsmanship and installed hardware, plus commercial remote support and monitoring during the first year. Ask Greg to confirm any service needed after that period.
